Permissible Land Use Development (PLUD)

The Proposed Land Use Development (PLUD) module within the Step2TNCDBR app enables users to determine the development feasibility of a land parcel based on applicable planning norms and regulations

How It Works

After selecting a plot or site, users must specify the site measurements using one of the following methods:

  • Regular Plot - Choose the dimensions from a dropdown menu
  • Irregular Plot - Upload the FMB or supporting site document

The system then automatically performs a compliance check against critical urban planning parameters

Outcome:

Users receive an instant validation that indicates whether development is permissible as per current regulations. This analysis serves as a precursor to the Site Feasibility Report (SFR) generation, streamlining the planning process.
